Help me make a difference

Who I am

My name is Michelle Morales. I am a Queer Afro-Latina Medicine Woman, Creative, and Intuitive Guide. I deeply care about co-creating a better world for Black and Brown communities, including people with marginalized identities — a world that considers our humanity, dignity, and care.

I have over 15 years of experience working as an Educator, Behaviorist, and Bilingual School Psychologist in underserved communities with students and families who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color and other marginalized identities.

I am known for my love to dance and utilizing movement as a tool for personal healing, transformation, and self-empowerment. I am an award winning performer and enjoy sharing my life journey online for inspiration and community.

I create and facilitate dance classes and programs for youth, adults, and organizations. I also offer professional and personal development seminars for educators, mental health professionals, and leaders who are interested in better supporting the social-emotional and behavioral needs of Black and Brown youth and families, personal growth and development, mental health and wellness, relational leadership, and conflict resolution.

My Work & Aspirations

I believe a better world is possible. As a neurodivergent Queer Afro-latina who grew up with childhood adversity and has dedicated her life to supporting BIPOC students, families, and educators, I know exactly what it takes to be a part of this change.

After many years of experience and training as an educator and school psychologist in the field of education, I have decided to open up my own private practice and community space for Black and Brown youth, adults, families, and leaders. This space will offer a variety of resources and programs that center the healing, wellness, and freedom of People of Color. These services include but are not limited to:

  • Independent psycho-educational evaluations for BIPOC children and youth.

  • Educational counseling for youth and families.

  • Prevention & Early Intervention programs for youth.

  • Dance classes and programs for adults and youth.

  • Community events that promote connection, joy, healing, and wellness.

I am currently available for consultation/coaching, speaking engagements, and the facilitation of my interactive movement workshop for youth, adults, and organizations. To learn more, visit my Offerings page. Please consider financially contributing to my campaign or connecting with people who may benefit from working with me.
